The Road not taken - By Robert Frost

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;        5
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,        10
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.        15
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

                           a yellow wood,

              I could  travel
    one traveler,  long stood
And looked  as far as
                        the undergrowth;        5
Then                            just as
 having
              grassy  wear;
 for the
 worm         10
And both
 leaves         had trod
         the first day!
    knowing how           to
  doubt         u        15
I      be telling
          ages and ages
Two roads  in a wood,
I took the one less traveled
And      has made all the difference.

A game of Call Of Duty

As you walk up to the magnificent 46's of pure LED technology and a sleek black wonderfulness.
you can't help but feel a bit in awe.
You push the button to open the tray and open the CD case which has been broke at the hinges from so much use.
You pull out your good friend, although used beyond belief still shining like the day you bought it.
You put that bad boy in the xbox and press play.
You can almost feel the anticipation building as you watch the loading screens pass by,
it feels like an eternity as you bounce in your seat with pure ecstatic happiness.
your hit the right menus one by one
1.) Multiplayer
2.) Online
3.) Team death match
You choose your favorite class; commando with the red dot and silencer.
Then it's on!
You run around quickly but stealthy like a lion stalking his prey.
                                                   O
Bang! Your gun fires - - - - - - ->     /[]\
                                                   /\
Boom! your grenades blow people to pieces /[]\   O
                                                                     /\

AHHHHH! The other person screams in anger you killed my guy!
you can't help but grin in spite of doing so well
BANG! A grenade blows up near you.

Your screen flashes red. You know you need to get to cover. Your a sitting duck right now.
There are bullets flying at you from everywhere!
So you run and hide behind a trusty wall and let your strength regain.
Then you continue what you started. Stalking your prey one by one taking them all down.
You finish with your final score

On top of the lobby leader board no big deal!
And that is what i like to call my game of Call of duty.

Song for english 1080

Bittersweet Symphony - The Verve

Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life
Trying to make ends meet
You're a slave to money then you die
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
You know the one that takes you to the places
where all the veins meet yeah

No change, I can't change
I can't change, I can't change
But I'm here in my mind
I am here in my mind
But I'm a million different people
from one day to the next
I can't change my mind
No, no, no, no, no, no, no,no,no,no,no,no(fading away)

Well I never pray
But tonight I'm on my knees yeah
I need to hear some sounds that recognize the pain in me, yeah
I let the melody shine, let it cleanse my mind, I feel free now
But the airways are clean and there's nobody singing to me now

No change, I can't change
I can't change, I can't change
But I'm here in my mind
I am here in my mind
And I'm a million different people
from one day to the next
I can't change my mind
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
I can't change
I can't change it

'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life
Trying to make ends meet
Trying to find some money then you die
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
You know the one that takes you to the places
where all the veins meet yeah

You know I can't change, I can't change
I can't change, I can't change
But I'm here in my mind
I am here in my mind
And I'm a million different people
from one day to the next
I can't change my mind
No, no, no, no, no

I can't change my mind
no, no, no, no, no,
I can't change
Can't change my body,
no, no, no

I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
Been down
Ever been down
Ever been down
Ever been down
Ever been down
That you've ever been down
That you've ever been down

In the song Bittersweet symphony there is no set rhyme scheme besides the fact that the song does repeat certain lines like ``I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down`` or just using the same word at the end of a sentence for example, ``No change, I can't change`` and ``I can't change, I can't change`` both different sentences but same word at the end. You can consider these likes above to be refrains which happens a lot in the song.

The song Bittersweet symphony is filled with poetic language of various kinds such as personification `` Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life`` giving the feature that life is like a musical. These is also symbolism in the song, the symbol being the bittersweet symphony. Basically explaining that life is bittersweet sometimes it`s up but most times your a slave to reality and struggling to get by. There is a great metaphor being ``I`m a million different people from one day to the next``Basically saying that this guy`s mood changes and one minute could be happy and dealing with like and the next down in the dumps.

``Your a slave to the money then you die`` is a great representation for this song. To me it sums up the whole song. It`s saying that in life your always struggling to stay on top of everything. Always trying to get further in life, always trying to earn money to advance in life and get the things you want. I really think that this song is meant for everyone in life. I like this song because It makes me think of if i don`t try in life i know i will be a slave to the money as it says and i know ill be the one like in the video not caring about anything walking down the street bumping into people instead of being happy.

limerick

There one was a mouse named Jerry
He went to work on a ferry
he was tired and cold
and rather sad and old
and enjoyed eating berries

Hakiu

When it rains it pours
Things fall from an abyss
all is consumed. Wet.
